Making A Kingdom Decree
Jeremy Lopez

Recently, God has been speaking to me about the power of a decree.
Job 22:28-
"You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you;
so light will shine on your way".

"Decree" means-

1.  a formal and authoritative order having the force of a law; one of the eternal purposes of God by which events are foreordained.

We all know about the power of life and death that is within the tongue. But do we really know what happens when we decree to the atmosphere? When we make a kingdom decree, that decree begins to establish or build a foundation in the area we are speaking. In another words, we speak SOLID CONCRETE to a particular area.

"establish" means-

    1.       To set up.

    2.       To bring about; generate.

    3.       To place or settle in a secure position or condition; install.

    4.       To make firm or secure.

    5.       To cause to be recognized and accepted: a discovery that established his   reputation.

    6.       To introduce or put (a law into force).

    7.       To prove the validity or truth of: The defense attorneys established the innocence of the accused.

When we decree a thing, it brings about a "SECURE POSITION" of the Kingdom of God on earth! A rock solid word that CAN NOT BE MOVED! The word says, that "God's word cannot return to Him void, but it shall accomplish what it was sent out to do!" Why? Because when the Father speaks through us with a decree, it will bring the POWER OF SECURITY with it to do what He said it would do.

When we decree a thing, it sets a law into force of the kingdom of God!  Jesus told us to pray, "thy Kingdom come, thy will be done."
The Word also says, "the kingdom of God suffers violence, but the VIOLENT taketh by force!"
We must start forcefully decreeing (or establishing) the Kingdom of God on earth! We take it by decreeing spirit and life to the earth! Jesus said, "the words that I speak are spirit and life!"

Dan 4:17-
"The Decision is by the decree of the watchers!"

Decisions are made by a decree! In another words, decreeing brings decisions! Decisions to what? Decisions to whatever you forcefully speak (or decree) from the heavenly realm to this natural realm. We see nations that need to make decisions in so many different areas. Lukewarmness is "spewed out" when we make a decree of life over a situation! Why? Because the decision is made by the decree of the watcher!

Let's look at this!

"spewed" means-

To send or force out in or as if in a stream; eject forcefully or in large amounts.

Doesn't this sound like forcefully decreeing something and watching it be established? Making a decree out loud brings decision to what we are declaring behind the decree.

DECREES ARE BACKED UP BY KING JESUS!

Esther 8:7-8-

" You yourselves write a decree for the Jews, as you please, in the king's name, and seal it with the king's signet ring; for a letter which is written in the king's name and sealed with the king's signet ring no one can revoke."

When we decree the Kingdom of God to the nations of the earth, we are backed up by THE KING OF KINGS! We have the power to decree life over people, cities, states and to the nations of the earth! It even says, "You yourselves write a decree, as you please."

In other words, God says,

"STIR UP THE MIND OF CHRIST IN YOU. BE CREATIVE WHEN YOU DECLARE SPIRIT AND LIFE TO ANY AND EVERY CIRCUMSTANCE ON THE EARTH. YOU ARE BONE OF MY BONE AND FLESH OF MY FLESH! WHEN ANYONE ASKS YOU, "WHO GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO DECREE?" YOU CAN THEN SAY, "IF YOU'VE SEEN ME ,YOU'VE SEEN THE FATHER!" YOU HAVE DECREED IT IN THE KINGS NAME AND I HAVE SEALED IT. NO ONE CAN OR EVER WILL BE ABLE TO REVOKE YOUR DECREE!"

God has given the church power to prophetically decree in His name.

"As a prophet, I decree in the earth, that the sons of God are arising to bring a revolution, which is the Kingdom of God, to planet earth that will destroy the spirit of religion and cause the idols in the land to bow to the Lordship of Christ! I decree that there will be an awakening of authority in the churches of America to arise and take dominion in the land. "
